Be Inspired
I had the priviledge to team up with a couple of music teachers at Highland Oaks Elementary School in Arcadia, California. These 700+ kids (K-5) completely stole my heart!! Seeing the 4th and 5th Grade voluntarily show up before school started for our Show Choir at 7:00am was SO impressive!! Hearing each of their parents share with us how much of an impact it's made on their child meant so much! Love Love Love teaching!
PERFORMING
This young lady, Lauren Bleszinski, started her singing lessons with me when she was in Junior High. No matter how hard I pushed her, she was geared up and ready to go! For this particular performance, she had been sick for 3 months and unable to sing. Her mom called me frantic saying the show was in 1 month and she was the main lead with the majority of the solo songs and dancing. The doctor had finally released her to start her vocal training again. Within that short amount of time, and a very precise lesson structure, she not only made it through her 3 days of back to back performances, but she KILLED IT!!! Hard work WILL pay off ;)

This gentleman here has thorougly impressed me. He started taking voice lessons from me 5 years ago. Because he started a little later in life, we worked the first few months 3 times a week! He told me that if he couldn't get his voice at least decent, he would let go of his dream to sing on stage. I said "Not on my watch...but get ready to work!!" Founder of Extron Electronics Inc. and The RANCH, he now opens the show with a few songs with me and my band "The Kellye Huff Band" every time we perform there! He also makes guest appearances with some of the other bands that perform there as well. I'm so very proud of him and the accomplishments he's made!!

This young woman here has truly done so well musically! I remember when her mother brought her to me when she was a young teen. The moment I heard her voice, I knew she had a gift! She made it to the 3rd level auditioning for The VOICE and is still continuing her dreams!
